Egan's Thread Frenchie — the Frenchie rebuilt with a slim thread body that sinks even faster and survives fish after fish. A tungsten jig that doubles as a split-shot replacement on deep rigs.

When to Fish It

All season. The slim profile cuts through fast, deep water where bulkier flies stall. Fish it as your euro-rig point fly or the heavy anchor under an indicator, with a small midge or emerger trailed off the bend on light tippet.

  • Colors: Sunburst, Pink
  • Sizes: 14, 16, 18
  • Best for: Trout in deep or fast water
  • Fish it: Euro rig point fly or nymph-rig anchor
