A Zebra Midge upgraded with iridescent mirage tinsel ribbing. The extra shimmer mimics the gas bubble of an emerging midge pupa and makes this version shine in clear water and low light.

When to Fish It

Year-round wherever midges hatch. Especially good in gin-clear tailwaters when standard midges get refused. Fish it deep under an indicator or in the top half of the column during an emergence, on super-light tippet.
