A micro-leech of pure pine squirrel strip — one of the softest, most alive materials in fly tying. This bead-head version undulates at the slowest speeds, when bulkier streamers go stiff.

When to Fish It

Year-round. Strip it slowly through pools, swing it through tailouts, drift it under an indicator on lakes, or trail it behind a bigger streamer. Small enough for medium tippet and delicate water, deadly everywhere.
