Rim Chung's RS2 — one of the most trusted emerger patterns ever designed. The split microfibbet tail and sparse body imitate a mayfly or midge just before it breaks the surface.

When to Fish It

During BWO hatches and midge emergences, especially fall through spring. Fish it deep as a trailing nymph before the hatch, then move it up to the film once fish start rising. Sizes 18–22 on super-light tippet.
